South Siam 3 liveaboard acts as a static platform in the Similans, so the beauty is you can get on and off of the boat whenever you like and there are no fixed schedules.
South Siam 3 visits Koh Bon every Wednesday and Sunday for 2 dives and transfers will be to and from Koh Bon rather than Similans Islands.

South Siam 3 departs from Phuket in the early morning by minibus to Tap Lamu, Khao Lak (approx. 2 hours transfer) where she is moored.
After arrival you will be transferred by speedboat to South Siam 3. For a briefing and cabin allocation.

The boat has great facilities but to be honest can be a little busy as they do have people arriving and departing nearly everyday.

The 30 meter long Thailand liveaboard diving boat is built to handle large numbers of divers. There is a very big shaded area for relaxing and eating meals on the upper deck, a large sundeck with sun loungers and an air-conditioned saloon with TV/DVD and music system. All cabins have sea views and individually controlled air conditioning, they are pleasantly decorated and each bed has its own reading lamp.

You won't get to visit Richelieu Rock and Koh Tachai, but you can dive at Koh Bon with manta rays if you include a Wednesday or Sunday in your itinerary.

South Siam 3 has small but tastefully decorated cabins consisting of 2 Double Cabins and 12 Twin Share cabins with air conditioning. There is a TV/DVD player in the lounge area along with a complement of books and dive maps for your enjoyment.
